There is a unique story behind the beginnings of Wave Graphics, Inc. It started in 1997 as a small offset printing company opened by a local high school graphic arts teacher and one of his students occupying just a 750 square foot facility in Mattoon, Illinois and employing two additional team members. It wasn’t long before a screen printing operation was added with one manual press in a small garage.

 

Wave Graphics quickly emerged as a premier offset and screen printing company with a strong reputation for excellent customer service and quality products. Consistent sales growth led to the addition of our first automatic press and an embroidery machine in 2003. 

 

In 2005, Dan Paulson, the former graphic arts student, along with his brother, Doug, became the sole owners of Wave Graphics, Inc. Just two years later, the facility grew to more than 10,000 square feet, and an additional automatic press was added to the operation. The Paulson’s added a third automatic press in 2010, and Wave Graphics, Inc. continued to thrive throughout the next decade.

 

Entering its 27th year of business, Wave Graphics, Inc. has 2 shifts operating 10 presses, 2 rapid taggers, 4000 screens and over 36 embroidery heads occupying a nearly 33,000 square foot facility with an additional 8,000 square foot expansion under construction.

 

Wave Graphics, Inc. continues to be a family owned and operated company and employs more than 75 people who pride themselves on providing excellent service and high quality printed materials.
